Understand what AI is in practical terms, learning about the different applications and technologies across diverse industries, geographies, and functions in organisations of all sizes. Using many real-world examples and demonstrations, you will examine the opportunities, challenges, and implications of AI, in the context of business. This practical, interactive course features case studies, discussions, and debates. It is suitable for professionals working at all levels of an organisation, across all industries including financial services, healthcare and retail. It is highly interactive, with case studies, videos, debates, and idea-sharing.
You do not need any specific qualifications to take this course, but a general understanding of how organisations operate would be useful. The course is taught with no assumption of prior knowledge and does not teach technical skills like coding.

Flexible Delivery Options
The course is delivered entirely online, either over five consecutive days, 9pm – 4pm or part-time across 12 weeks, with one three-hour session each week. For the part-time option, you can choose between morning 9.30pm – 12.30pm or evening sessions, 6.30pm – 9.30pm, to best suit your workplace requirements and personal needs.
