

Our Mental Health Champion course is designed to empower organisations to deliver effectively on their mental health and wellbeing strategy. By training Mental Health Champions, you equip your team with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills to recognise, support, and respond appropriately to mental health concerns in the workplace.
Participants will develop a strong understanding of mental health, learn to identify the signs and symptoms of common mental health conditions, and gain the confidence to support colleagues in a professional and compassionate manner.
The course is available online or in person, offering flexibility to suit organisational needs.
Mental Health Champions will develop:
The knowledge and confidence to provide Mental Health First Aid for common mental health issues
A clear understanding of how to promote positive wellbeing and contribute to a mentally healthy workplace
The ability to challenge stigma and support open conversations around mental health
Practical skills to support colleagues and signpost them to appropriate professional services
