Our online Health and Safety Induction course was designed to introduce employees to typical health and safety procedures in an organisation, and to prompt them to have a discussion with colleagues and managers about specific arrangements at their workplace (e.g. for fire and other emergencies).
Health and safety is about preventing harm. It means keeping people safe and healthy. The course looks at the need for health and safety, and the moral, legal and financial arguments for health and safety at work.
The test your knowledge topic contains a number of multiple-choice questions which form a short assessment. A pass mark of 70% is required to successfully complete the course.
On successful completion of this programme, learners will gain a certificate of completion in Health and Safety Induction.
