Our Unconscious Bias course describes what unconscious bias is and how it influences behaviour both inside and outside the workplace. It outlines some common types of unconscious bias and techniques for how to recognise and manage bias to help promote equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace and in wider society.

Assessment
The test your knowledge topic contains a number of multiple-choice questions which form a short assessment. A pass mark of 70% is required to successfully complete the course.
On successful completion of this programme, learners will gain a certificate of completion in Unconscious Bias Awareness.
