Customisation and Preparation

Prior to attending the course, participating managers will be asked to complete a performance management survey. The insights gained from this survey will allow us to customise the course content, ensuring it directly addresses the real-world challenges faced by your managers. Course Materials

Participants will receive a comprehensive set of Performance Management worksheets along with presentation slides used during the course. These resources are designed to reinforce learning and serve as ongoing references after the training is complete.

Course Duration and Format

The programme is delivered over a period of one and a half days, structured as follows:

  • Day 1: A full-day, in-person training session delivered onsite at your organisation’s premises.

  • Day 2: A follow-up half-day session, approximately six weeks later. This session provides an opportunity to review progress, reflect on learning, and revisit the action plans developed during the initial session.
