
This comprehensive training programme is specifically designed for managers who are responsible for leading teams, overseeing workplace operations, and achieving performance targets. It equips participants with the skills and confidence needed to adopt a proactive approach to employee development and performance enhancement.
The course explores essential management topics such as effective people management, time management, and strategies for handling demanding workloads. It is tailored to align with the unique requirements of your organisation, with a particular focus on areas where targeted improvements can significantly enhance both individual and organisational outcomes.
Prior to attending the course, participating managers will be asked to complete a performance management survey. The insights gained from this survey will allow us to customise the course content, ensuring it directly addresses the real-world challenges faced by your managers. This approach guarantees that the training is both relevant and practical, with actionable solutions that support participants in their day-to-day roles.
Participants will receive a comprehensive set of Performance Management worksheets along with presentation slides used during the course. These resources are designed to reinforce learning and serve as ongoing references after the training is complete.
The programme is delivered over a period of one and a half days, structured as follows:
Day 1: A full-day, in-person training session delivered onsite at your organisation’s premises.
Day 2: A follow-up half-day session, approximately six weeks later. This session provides an opportunity to review progress, reflect on learning, and revisit the action plans developed during the initial session.
